| Terms and Conditions of Sale Return Policy: Returns are accepted on all items within 7 days of the customer receiving the item from the shipping company. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be assigned by Concerts Unlimited before any return shipments are sent. Please contact us to be assigned your RA number. All goods must be returned in original packing with all original accessories intact. The goods must be in new condition, if there is any sign of use, the return will be refused or a partial refund given. Original shipping charges will be deducted from all refunds, and Concerts Unlimited doesn't pay for return shipping unless otherwise specified. Payment Policy: All payments must be completed online with the PayPal credit card processing engine or through your PayPal account. All payments must be received in full before any goods are shipped. If you would like to use a company check, money order, or COD, please contact us for a company check or credit application. We also offer payment terms for customers filing the credit application with appropriate credit references. Warranty Policy: Concerts Unlimited is a factory authorized dealer for all products we sell. We don't offer anything gray or black market, and all items are new unless otherwise specified. Because we are authorized dealers for everything we sell, all products come with the full factory warranty. From time to time, Concerts Unlimited may offer demo, B-stock, or used equipment for sale. The warranty on B-stock and demo items will be honored by the manufacturer and used equipment is warranted through Concerts Unlimited directly. If an item is sold as-is, it will be specified in the item description along with all necessary details. Pricing Policy: Most all manufacturers represented by Concerts Unlimited enforce Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policies. All prices viewed on the web site are the lowest we are allowed to advertise. Adding an item to your cart will display our own actual selling price; do not be surprised if it is a bit lower than the MAP. If you find a lower price on any item from a verifiable authorized dealer, we will beat it with no questions asked. However, we match our online prices to other companies' online prices, and our in-store prices to other companies' in-store prices. Sales Tax: Concerts Unlimited LLC must charge 6% sales tax to all orders shipped to or picked up in Connecticut. We do not collect tax for any other states. If you wish to purchase items from us in Connecticut with no tax, you will be required to present a tax exemption form or resale certificate.
